No worries. Everybody has those busy days when we forget to do things! If you have missed recording an important event or an emotion you were feeling in the past, you can track the mood that you were feeling yesterday as a normal conversation with Youper today.
After you are finished, go to:
Mind > Click on the conversation card > Click on the "..." icon on top-right > Change the date.
