Youper does not have access to the Apple billing management system and restrictions for Android, so we're unable to assist with managing or canceling subscriptions made through the App Stores.
You can cancel your subscription at any point to stop any future payments. To avoid being charged again at your renewal date (or at the end of your free trial period), be sure to cancel your subscription or trial at least 24 hours beforehand with the instructions left at the bottom of this page.
- Uninstalling Youper from your devices does not automatically cancel your subscription for you.
- You must cancel your subscription through the respective App Store who does manage it (Apple Store and Google Play Store)
- Youper Support is unable to manage subscriptions purchased through the Apple or Google Play Store and cannot cancel those subscriptions, make any changes or issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple Store.
You will need to reach out to them directly as they are the actual payment processor and are managing the payments.
Please note however, that in principle all completed sales are considered final and a refund will be at Apple's discretion.

Instructions for Apple Store cancellations:
To cancel your Youper subscription from your iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch):
- From the home screen click on Settings.
- Click on Apple ID at the top of the page.
- Click on Subscriptions.
- Choose your preferred subscription level, or select Cancel Subscription. You may be asked to confirm your selection. (If it says "Select an option to resubscribe," you're already unsubscribed from your subscription.)
- After making your changes, press Done.
To cancel your Apple-billed Youper subscription from the computer:
- Open the App Store app.
- Click your Apple ID at the bottom of the sidebar. (If you're not already signed in to your Apple ID, you'll be prompted to log in now).
- Click View Information. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
- On the Account Information page, scroll to the Manage section. Then click Manage (next to Subscriptions.)
- Choose your preferred subscription level, or select Cancel Subscription. You may be asked to confirm your selection. (If it says "Select an option to resubscribe," you're already unsubscribed from your subscription.)
If you have any trouble completing these steps, visit the Apple website for further help, as Youper cannot manage these subscriptions for you.
Instructions for Google Play Store cancellations:
If you purchased your subscription from the Google Play Store, use the following steps to cancel your subscription:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Under Subscriptions find Youper.
- Click Cancel Subscription then follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
