Depending on when you purchased your subscription and which subscription you have, we may or may not be able to provide the refund directly. To request a refund, please send a message to customer support with your registered email address, and we will look into your subscription details and further guide you with the cancellation/refund. To avoid being charged on your renewal date, be sure to cancel your Membership or trial at least 24 hours beforehand. We constantly try to evolve and are trying to understand our users, hence will ask you a few questions during the process.
It is very important that you provide us with your Youper receipt that you received by email. Unfortunately, bank statements or other screenshots of text messages do not provide the transaction numbers needed for us to locate your subscription information.
For telehealth plans:
If you have already made use of the Youper medication or coaching services such as attending a session with your coach or receiving medication, we unfortunately may not be able to provide a refund as we need to pay our providers and partners for their services rendered.
For self-guided digital plan:
If you are requesting a refund for the self-guided plan, we are only able to provide a refund if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
If you made your purchase through the Apple store, Youper doesn’t have access to the Apple billing management system. As a result, we're unable to assist with granting refunds on purchases made through the Apple Stores. Refunds are done through the Apple Store.

Itunes - Right of cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your receipt without giving any reason. To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing we recommend you use Report a Problem to cancel all items with the exception of Apple Music, iTunes Match, Season Pass, Multi-Pass, and unredeemed iTunes Gifts purchased directly from Apple. The excepted items can be cancelled by contacting iTunes Support. You also have the right to inform us using the model cancellation form below or by making any other clear statement. If you use Report a Problem we will communicate acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation to you without delay.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14- day period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Exception to the right of cancellation
You cannot cancel your order for the supply of Content if the delivery has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right.
